IMPORTANT PAYMENT NOTICE
All class fees must be paid via a regular standing order to ensure payments are received on time and to avoid late fees if funds reach our account after month-end.
Standing orders can only be set up directly through your bank (online, telephone, or in branch). This cannot be arranged by Showoff Dance.
Please use the reference below to help us locate and assign your future payments:
Most classes operate during school term time. However, we may choose to run sessions during school holidays.
We’ll always aim to give as much notice as possible if schedules change.
If a new starter wishes to take part in a trial period, the remaining balance of the current month must be paid upfront at the time of joining.
If joining on the final session of the month, payment is required for that session plus the full month ahead in advance.

If you encourage a friend or family member to join one of our dance-based fitness classes with you, you’ll receive a 50% reduction in class fees once they sign up for a full month following their trial.
The discount applies to the consecutive month only and will be added to your end-of-year refund.
Payment window: Monthly payments must be made between the 24th and the final day of each month.
To ensure fairness across all families and the smooth running of our classes, Showoff Dance operates a formal three-strike late payment policy:
Continued attendance is conditional upon accounts remaining fully up to date.
Monthly fees are calculated on a four-week basis regardless of calendar length. Short or long months do not affect pricing.
Any surplus credit is refunded at year-end once we close for Christmas.
Missed classes are non-refundable.
If Showoff Dance cancels a class without offering an alternative, that amount will be credited to your year-end refund.
