Punctuality / Warm Up & Cool Down

Punctuality / Warm Up & Cool Down: I understand that if I or my child is late and does not do the warm up or cool down procedure, this is solely my decision and Showoff Dance will not be held responsible for any injuries caused.

Photographic Indemnity

Photographic Indemnity: I give permission for Showoff Dance to allow any photographic or video material whilst in classes or performing, (please note this may or may not be used for public promotional use.)

Belongings & Personal Wellbeing:

Belongings & Personal Wellbeing: I understand that Showoff Dance will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings, should my child wish to bring anything of value to Summer School, it is my child’s responsibility to keep that safe.

Sharing Of Information / Track & Trace:

Sharing Of Information / Track & Trace: I understand that Showoff Dance will not share my information with any third party companies other than for the purpose of track & trace as required by law due to Covid-19 measures set in place.

I UNDERSTAND AND SIGN TO AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: As an introductory trial price, all new starters will pay the remaining cost of the month upfront when joining, unless joining on the final session of the month when the that session and the month ahead must paid upfront in advance, after which all payments will revert to the set monthly class fees. All Childrens Dance Classes will be charged at £28 per month, per student • All Advanced Teen Classes will be charged at £32 per month, per student. • All Adult Dance Classes will be charged at £32 per month, per student. • All Dance Fitness Classes will be charged at £32 per month, per student. • All Dance, Act & Sing Classes will be charged at £40 per child per month. • On the occasion that some months are shorter or longer than others the money that is overpaid or underpaid each month will be automatically saved and used towards show subs and costumes or refunded once we close for Christmas. • All monthly payments must be made upfront between 24th – 31st of each month regardless of attendance in order to maintain my space at Showoff Dance. • A late payment charge of £7 per class, per week, per student will incur if any payment deadline is not met and will be automatically deducted from my end of year refund unless previously arranged and agreed by Showoff Dance. • If I leave Showoff Dance before the end of the year I forfeit the accrued amount and monies will be retained by Showoff Dance and will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. • If a class is cancelled by Showoff Dance and an alternative class is not offered, the amount of that class will automatically be added to end of year refund. • By signing this I agree to all of the above and confirm that all of the information I have given is accurate and true. I agree to inform Showoff Dance immediately if there are any changes regarding this
