0830 – 0930 – OPTIONAL BREAKFAST CLUB (FREE OF CHARGE)

0930 – 1000 – LATE CHECK INS & DAILY WARMUP

1000 – 1200 – DAILY ACTIVITIES

1230 – 1330 – LUNCH (FREE OF CHARGE)

1330 – 1700 – DAILY ACTIVITIES

1700 – 1730 – Cool Down / Reflect / END OF SUMMER SMASH OUT / PICKUPS

 

BREAKFAST CLUB

Breakfast club is available from 8:30am-9:30am. This is free of charge and completely optional, should your child wish to not have breakfast and arrive later please check them into Summer Smash Out no later than 10am when Summer Smash Out will commence.

 

DROPPING OFF PROCEDURES

For drop off in the mornings, please drive to the main car park at the Tidworth Leisure Centre. Please queue with your children at the side entrance of the building at the front of Tidworth Leisure Centre next to the green railings. Once we open the doors, we will allow the children to enter to be registered, please ensure this is done swiftly with others in mind. There is no need for you to hang around, the sooner we can get your children in the sooner they can start having an amazing time.

Please note: No parents will be allowed in or out of the building at any time.

PICKING UP PROCEDURES

For pickups in the evening, please park at the Tidworth Leisure Centre and wait to collect your child at the side entrance of the building at teh front of Tidworth Leisure Centre next to the green railings. Please do not wait in the car as we need to identify who has a parent or guardian, so we can allow your child to leave with you once we have signed them out on the register. No parents will be allowed in or out of the building at any time and no child will be allowed to leave without the collection of a parent or guardian unless prior arrangements have been made and we have been informed of alternative arrangements.

 

CLEAN CLOTHING & CORRECT FOOTWEAR

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR CHILD:

1.    KEEPS JEWELLERY TO A MINIMUM

2.    TIES VERY LONG HAIR BACK

Please ensure that your child arrives wearing fresh, clean clothes every day. These must also be comfortable and non-restrictive.

EXAMPLES OF SUITABLE CLOTHING:

·       Tracksuit bottoms / Shorts . Leggings

·       T-shirt / Vest

·       Hoodie / Jacket

·       Trainers – WEARING OPEN TOED FOOTWEAR WILL RESULT IN YOUR CHILD  NOT BEING ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN VARIOUS ACTIVITIES!!!

Restrictive clothing will not be accepted and your child will be sent home at check in to change.

 

EXAMPLES OF NON SUITABLE CLOTHING:

·       Jeans

·       Denim Skirts

·       Trousers

·       Clothing with loose tassels and ties

 

WHAT TO PACK EACH DAY

Your child will require the following items each day:                                                              

·       A spare set of clothes including, top, bottoms, spare set of socks, shoes and underwear (in case they get wet from outdoor activities)

·       A towel (some activities may involve getting wet)

·       A sun hat (this is extremely important)

·       Sunscreen (this is extremely important)

·       Their own water bottle (this is extremely important, we will call you if your child does not have a bottle to bring them one)

·       An outdoor coat/jacket (just in case)

 

TUCK SHOP, SNACKS & ALLERIGIES

Please help us keep your children safe by not sending your child to Summer School with any food items from home unless previously arranged due to dietary requirements. If your child is bringing their own packed lunch for lunch time we can keep this refrigerated however any outside food items or snacks found will have to be removed.

A ‘Tuck’ shop will be available twice a day limited to £2 spend per child where your child can purchase crepes, sweets, snacks, ice creams and cold refreshments. £30 per child should be more than enough for the entire week as we try to limit each child to a £2 spend per tuck shop leaving each child with £1 to spend each day on ice-pops, cold drinks and snacks which we have available to purchase throughout the entire day.

Please note that sharing of sweets between children purchased from the Tuck shop will be completely prohibited.

If you wish your child to have tuck money please pay this via BACS to the details below, please note this can be topped up through the week using the same reference, please let us know once you have done this so we can keep note of how much your child has to spend.

 

If we have not received your payment in full by the final deadline of 29th July we will assume that you are no longer requiring your space and we may offer this to another child. Please note all monies will be retained and not reimbursed. If you have any queries as to how much you owe at any point please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help you with this.
