IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please read carefully and save this page. It covers timings, drop-off & pick-up, clothing, what to pack, tuck shop, and payments.

Free Breakfast Club
08:30–09:30 (optional). Main check-in must be completed by 10:00.
No parents in the building
No parents will be allowed in or out of the building at any time.
Footwear rules
No open-toed footwear, heels, or Heelys. Trainers only.

Trip details are a surprise and will be revealed to the children during Summer Smash Out to keep the excitement high!

Breakfast Club

 
Breakfast Club runs 08:30–09:30. It is free of charge and completely optional.
If your child arrives later, please ensure they are checked in no later than 10:00 (when Summer Smash Out begins).

Drop-off & Pick-up Procedures

 
Dropping off
Please drive to the main car park at Tidworth Leisure Centre. Queue with your child at the
side entrance at the front of the building next to the green railings.
Once doors open, children will enter to be registered. Please keep this swift for other families.
Important: No parents will be allowed in or out of the building at any time.
Picking up
Please park at Tidworth Leisure Centre and wait at the same side entrance by the green railings.
Please do not wait in your car, as we need to identify the parent/guardian before signing the child out.
No child will be allowed to leave without a parent/guardian unless prior arrangements have been agreed.
Reminder: No parents will be allowed in or out of the building at any time.

Clean Clothing & Correct Footwear

 
Please ensure your child:
  • Keeps jewellery to a minimum
  • Ties very long hair back
  • Does not wear open-toed shoes, heels, or Heelys
Suitable clothing examples
  • Tracksuit bottoms / shorts / leggings
  • T-shirt / vest
  • Hoodie / jacket
  • If wearing a dress, shorts must be worn underneath
  • Trainers only (no open-toed footwear)
Not suitable examples
  • Jeans
  • Denim skirts
  • Trousers that restrict movement
  • Clothing with loose tassels / ties
Important: Restrictive clothing will not be accepted and your child may be sent home at check-in to change.

What to pack each day

 
Your child will require a packed lunch plus:
  • Spare set of clothes (top, bottoms, socks, shoes, underwear) in case they get wet from outdoor activities
  • An old shirt (for arts & crafts)
  • Antiperspirant
  • A towel (some activities may involve getting wet)
  • Sun hat (extremely important)
  • Sunscreen (extremely important)
  • Water bottle (extremely important, we will call you if your child does not have one)
  • Outdoor coat/jacket (just in case)
  • Ice pack in lunchbox (we may eat outdoors)

Personal items (books, electronics, phones etc.)

 
Children may bring small electronics (tablets, phones, personal gaming consoles) for use at allotted times only.
Due to safeguarding, no WiFi will be available.
All items are brought at your own risk and Showoff Dance accepts no liability for loss or damage.
Each child will be given a safe space to store items when not in use.

Tuck shop, snacks & allergies

 
Allergies & lunch safety
Please label lunchboxes clearly with first and second name.
Inform us in advance of any intolerances or allergies so we can manage seating and food safety.
Tuck shop
A tuck shop runs twice a day (crepes, sweets, snacks, ice creams and cold refreshments).
£30 per child should be enough for the week, however you may add extra if you wish.
Important: Sharing sweets between children is prohibited.

Paying tuck money (BACS)

 
If you want your child to have tuck money, please pay via BACS to the details below.
This can be topped up during the week using the same reference.
Please let us know once you’ve paid so we can track how much your child has available.

Monthly instalment payments deadline
BEFORE SUMMER SMASHOUT COMMENCES

If we have not received your payment in full by 5pm, the night before Summer Smashout commences, we will assume you no longer require your space and it may be offered to another child.
All monies will be retained and not reimbursed.
