Payment Options

The first instalment is due in the month this agreement is taken out. All remaining instalments must be completed before Summer Smashout commences. All prices below are per child.

Option 1

Deposit + Monthly Instalments

Payment Terms & Conditions

By paying a deposit, instalment, or full balance you confirm you have read and accepted the terms below.

⚠️ Important: All payments are non-refundable unless Showoff Dance cancels the service in full (see below).
Refund Policy
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Instalments are non-refundable.
• Payments made in full are non-refundable.
No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations, change of mind, non-attendance, missed sessions/days, illness, injury, holidays, timetable clashes, travel issues, or any other personal circumstances.
Payment Deadlines
• The first instalment is due in the month this agreement is taken out.
• All remaining instalments must be completed before Summer Smashout commences.
• Your space is only secured once the required payment is received.
If instalments are missed or become overdue, we reserve the right to cancel the payment plan and/or cancel the space and offer it to the waiting list. No refunds will be provided.
Additional Payment Rules
  • Bank reference: Please use the exact reference format shown above to ensure your payment is allocated correctly.
  • Charges: Any bank fees or payment charges (if applicable) are the payer’s responsibility.
  • Multiple children: All amounts stated are per child. Please ensure references clearly identify each child/space if paying for more than one.
  • Transfer of payments: Payments cannot be transferred to a different child or different person without written approval from Showoff Dance. Approval is at our discretion and does not create any refund entitlement.
  • If we cancel: If Showoff Dance cancels the service in full, a refund will be issued for payments made (minus any non-recoverable bank fees). If the service runs, no refunds apply.
