If a new starter wishes to participate in a “trial period” the cost of any remaining individual sessions of the month must be paid upfront when joining to secure their space. Unless joining on the final session of the month when the final session must be paid for plus the month ahead in advance. After your trial period all payments will revert to the set monthly class fees detailed below.
All individual Children’s Dance Classes will be charged at £25 per month, per student
All individual Dance, Act & Sing Classes will be charged at £40 per month, per student
All individual Adult Dance Classes will be charged at £30 per month, per student
All individual Dance Fitness Classes will be charged at £30 per month, per student
SPECIAL DEAL - Dance Fitness & Dance Step Aerobics will be charged at £48 per month, per student
If you encourage a friend / family member to join one of our dance based fitness classes with you, you will be eligible for a 50% class fee reduction on the condition that your friend / family member signs up for a full month of classes after their initial trial period. The discount will be for the classes charged in the consecutive month to the trial period only and will be added to your end of year refund. Please note, your monthly standing order must remain the same throughout the entire year to be eligible for this class fee deduction. If you decide to leave Showoff Dance before the end of the year you will forfeit all accrued credit including the 50% class reduction and monies will be retained by Showoff Dance and will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
All trial periods must be paid immediately at the time of booking to secure your space.
All monthly payments must be paid between 24th and the last day of every month. We highly recommend setting up a standing order with your bank to ensure that to avoid an automatic late payment fee being being applied each month. If you choose not to do this it is your responsibility to pay on time every month and regardless of the use of a standing order or not it is important that you check that your payment has gone out and been made on time to avoid any late payment fees being automatically deducted from your end of year refund, this also includes when a standing order is paid late due to weekends and bank holidays.
A standing order can be done by logging into your online banking, over the phone using your telephone banking, or visiting your branch in person. This is NOT something we can do for you.
A late payment charge of £5 per class, per week, per student will incur if any payment deadline is not met and is automatically deducted from your end of year refund.
A late payment fee will be charged if your payment is late unless previously arranged and agreed by Showoff Dance.
On the occasion that some months are shorter than others the money that is overpaid
each month will be automatically saved and can be used towards summer school,
show subs, costumes, show tickets and merchandise.
Any credit remaining will be refunded at the end of the year once we close for Christmas.
If a student decides to leave Showoff Dance before the end of the year they forfeit all accrued credit
and monies will be retained by Showoff Dance and will not be reimbursed under
If a student misses a class they will not be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances.
If a class is cancelled by Showoff Dance and an alternative class is not offered, the amount of that class will automatically be added to that students end of year refund.
Classes will run all year round unless notified by Showoff Dance.
Predominantly we will be running term time only however we may decide to run classes through any school holiday.
We will endeavour to give as much notice as possible whenever such changes take place.
